My Story
Hi, my name is Kai Sakimoto (he/they). I’m a newly licensed barber based in Fort Collins, CO aiming to specialize in gender-affirming and sensory friendly cuts.
I know firsthand how overwhelming and chaotic traditional barbershops can be due to sensory sensitivities, gender identity, or simply feeling out of place. That’s why I’ve decided to offer one-on-one haircuts out of my private home, to give my clients privacy, comfort, and ease that isn’t possible in a typical salon setting.
I am committed to providing a welcoming and affirming experience for everyone, regardless of gender or background. Whether you want a routine trim, a big chop, or just need a space to be yourself, I’m here to make that happen in an environment that is catered to you.
